How to prepare Turkish coffee

To prepare two cups, boil 150 ml of filtered water in a pot.

 Remove from heat, add 3 teaspoons (each tablespoon 6 grams) of Turkish coffee to boiling water and stir well.

Add sugar to taste and stir well.

Reduce heat and bring to a boil for about 3 minutes or until a thick foam forms.

Remove the pot from the heat before boiling the coffee, repeat this step only once or twice.

Put a pinch of foam in the coffee cups.

I pour coffee into the cups quietly to maintain the foam.

Drink it and enjoy.
